Karkidakam by imparting Ramayana virtue; A spiritual journey from darkness to light.

Karkidakam opens the eyes to the sacred days of the spiritual journey from darkness to light. Saying goodbye to the scorching days overshadowed by floods and pestilences, Malayalees open their doors with folded hands to the sound of the Ramayana chants of sanctity in the interiors and temples to energize the journey towards the better days of prosperity. Malayalees are waiting for the silver light to fall beyond the dark clouds in the cold dramas. This is the holy season of the unique redemption of Sanatana Sanskriti, which sheds light over the darkness.

The days are coming when we will remember the father of language, Tunjathezhuttachcha, who translated the original written by the pen of the forester who ascended to immortality in a devotional way and gave it to Malayali as Adhyathramayanam kilipat. Rama is the eternal symbol of humanity. Rama, the man who displays all human emotions, embodies a life based on truth and steadfast dharma. Ramayana is an eternal spiritual, cultural and artistic source.

Swami Vivekananda said about the Ramayana that "There has never been a purer, more moral, more beautiful and simpler epic than the Ramayana in the history of human culture." At the end of the clash between good and evil, it is not Lanka that should be the knife, but raga hatreds in the mind. Antaranga should be pure like a dewdrop on a basil leaf. Only then, one can enjoy the full joy of Ramakathamrita which is not similar to the essence. Let the days hereafter be for it, and let the boundless joy of spirituality leave the will and enrich the life.
